Brutally nihilistic, the blight elves truly believe that since life has no meaning it also has no value. The fury they feel at those still able to draw joy from an existence they find so hollow fuels their crusade to visit suffering upon universe. They even extend this obstinate malice towards the environment as a whole; taking pride in their capacity to degrade the natural world though diseases, poisons, and any number of dire magical rituals.
